How it works
Routine primary care, without routine insurance billing.
Members pay a recurring fee for defined primary care services. Insurance is still important for hospital care, specialists, emergencies and services outside the membership.
Convenient access
Appointments in Suite J Monday–Thursday, 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m., with telehealth and Friday acute visits sometimes available based on provider availability.
Direct connection
Email or text your care team and allow up to 24 hours for a response. Visits can usually be accommodated within 1–2 days.

A clear monthly membership covers included routine care without billing insurance for those services.
Membership pricing
Simple options for individuals, households and employers.
A one-time enrollment fee of $99 applies per household. Membership fees are billed monthly.
Household pricing is capped for up to two adults and children under age 18.
Available for children under age 18 as part of a household membership.
Covers the enrolled employee. Employers may choose whether to offer dependent coverage.
People enrolled in Medicare or Medicaid are not eligible for People Check DPC membership at this time.
What membership includes

Membership focuses on routine, preventive and ongoing primary care. Your care team will explain when a service falls outside the membership.
Routine primary care visits

Baseline ECG and spirometry at enrollment, plus one of each annually
Available point-of-care testing, including strep, flu, COVID-19 antigen, urinalysis, pregnancy, glucose and HbA1c
Additional services and costs
Know before you decide.
Send-out laboratory testing, X-rays, additional ECG or spirometry testing, vaccines, medications supplied by the office, procedure supplies and other services not specifically listed as included may involve an additional charge. Available pricing will be provided before the service is performed.
DPC is not health insurance
Members should maintain appropriate coverage or another plan for emergencies, hospitalization, specialists, advanced imaging and other services outside primary care.
Medical weight management
Available to members and nonmembers.
Appointment-based medical weight-management services are available in Suite J for both People Check DPC members and individuals who are not enrolled in DPC.
